Bespoke Art Society is seeking talented artisans who specialize in handcrafted goods such as candles, soaps, ceramics, photography, jewelry, scarves, woodworking, and more. We are dedicated to showcasing unique, high-quality creations that highlight the creativity and craftsmanship of independent artists. Whether you focus on functional pieces or one-of-a-kind artwork, this is your opportunity to join a vibrant community of makers.

We welcome individuals who create all of their work themselves, ensuring originality and craftsmanship without the use of copyrighted material or pre-designed content. We are looking for artists who are passionate about sharing their creations, connecting with fellow creatives, and engaging with the community. Ideal participants can follow organizer instructions, can meet deadlines and contribute to a supportive and collaborative environment.

WHAT ARE YOU NOT LOOKING FOR?

As we prioritize artists and their handmade creations, WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR WORK BASED ON COPYRIGHTED MATERIALS (e.g., Disney, DC Comics, Marvel), RESELLERS, or 420-RELATED PRODUCTS. 

WHAT ARE THE TABLE & BOOTH SIZES I CAN RESERVE AT MALIBU WINES?

  • One 6-foot table: (72″ wide x 30″ tall x 30″ deep) for $50.
  • One 9-foot table at $60. This is an existing table at Malibu Wines. It is a counter-height rustic wood table atop two wine barrels. ONLY ONE AVAILABLE.
  • One 10ft x 10ft booth at $75.
  • Occasionally, there will be one of two L shaped spaces available on the platform, for $85. The L shaped platform space is approximately 28 sq ft, and fits one single 6-foot table + one single 4 foot table. This is a shared space. 

If the event is at Malibu Wines & Beer Garden, there is an additional 10% hosting fee, payable directly to Malibu Wines at the end of the event.

IF YOUR EVENT IS AT MALIBU WINES & BEER GARDEN, CAN I BRING SOMEONE UNDER 21 TO HELP SET UP?

No. Malibu Wines & Beer Garden is strictly 21+ , without exception.

DO I NEED EVENT INSURANCE?

Yes. If accepted, all information and instructions will be provide to you on the Vendor Information website.

I’VE NEVER SHOWN MY WORK FOR SALE BEFORE. CAN I STILL APPLY?

Yes! 

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN EVENT IS RAINED OUT?

It will be rescheduled.

WHEN WILL I HEAR BACK ABOUT MY APPLICATION?

Specific notification dates and additional details can be found at the bottom of the vendor application for the market you are applying to.

Typically, final notifications are sent approximately four weeks before the event. However, you may receive an earlier response.
