We are so glad to have you at our upcoming Bespoke Art Society event at Malibu Wines and Beer Garden! We’re thrilled to have you.

We support our community through this gathering of art, love, and purpose. Together, let’s make this market a memorable experience filled with discovery, inspiration, and creative joy.

Important Reminders

REMINDER: This is a carefully curated vendor market. Please make sure the Items you sell align with the products and categories specified in your application.

FACILITIES FEE: Vendors understand that they are responsible for the Malibu Wines & Beer Garden facilities fee, which is 10% of gross sales for the day.

This is payable directly to Malibu Wines & Beer Garden at the end of the event.

RESERVATION FEE: Reservation fees are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled.

EVENT INSURANCE: Vendors are responsible to have their own event insurance for this event. This is non negotiable.

Vendor insurance is essential for protecting your business and livelihood as a craft vendor. It provides a safety net against unexpected incidents, such as accidental damage to your products, injuries to customers at your booth, or liability claims that could arise during events.

Please follow instructions carefully.  You must email your COI to bespokeartsociety@gmail.com on or before the due date.

Day Of Instructions

All vendors must check in with Devon from Malibu Wines before unloading.

Devon will have one ticket for a complimentary beverage of choice per vendor on arrival.

Once you’re checked in you may unload your gear and proceed to your space. Please drop your items off, then park your car offsite or valet.

Vendor Arrival is between 10:15 am – 11:00 am. Kindly be set up and ready by 11:50am. Market opens at 12pm sharp.

You may begin breaking down promptly at 6pm. Vendors are kindly reminded that early breakdowns disrupt the event experience for attendees and fellow vendors. As such, breaking down before 6pm is not advised.

Pay 10% of sales to any Malibu Wines and Beer Gardens bartender at the end of the event. Vendors failing to do so will not be invited back to future Malibu Wines events.

Please pack your items then collect your vehicle. All vendors must be off premesis by 7pm.

Items to Bring

Please Note: Malibu Wines prefers neutral toned umbrellas and pop up tents. Please contact us if you have a brighter colored umbrella/tent with a picture and we’ll clear it with them or discuss options.

For our 6’ table vendors:

  • 6’ table
  • 6-7′ umbrella and stand, if using

 

For our 9’ table vendor:

  • Table cover, if desired (Table is 9’ w x 39” d x 3’ h)

 

For our 10 ft L shaped vendor:

  • 6′ and 4′ tables
  • 6-7′ umbrella and stand, if using

 

For our 10×10’ vendors:

  • 10×10’ canopy
  • Floor covering if using 
  • Canopy weights 
  • Table leg supports/stablalizers 
  • Tables, stands, racks as needed.
  • Personal generator if you need power.

 

For All Vendors:

  • Table and chairs
  • Tablecloth
  • Wagon or dolly
  • Payment methods & cash for change
  • Business cards & social media info
  • Displays
  • Store sign or banner
  • Battery powered lighting
  • Water & snacks
  • Product & prices
  • Personal generator if needed
  • Packaging and bags
  • Supplies as needed: tape, scissors, pens, etc.
  • Portable phone charger

Vendor Policy Advisory

Refund Policy:
We understand that plans may change. With that in mind, we appreciate your understanding that refunds will not be offered. This policy ensures the highest level of consistency and fairness for all our selected vendors and  guests.

Event Cancellations & Rescheduling:
In the rare instance that we must cancel or reschedule an event, rest assured that your payment will be seamlessly transferred as a credit toward an exclusive future event. While refunds cannot be issued, we are committed to preserving the value of your investment and ensuring an exceptional experience at a later date.

No Shows:
Should a vendor fail to attend, the payment will be forfeited and no credits will be provided. 

Changes in Event Dates:
If the event date is changed by Bespoke Art Society and a Vendor is unable to attend on the new date, the reservation  fee will be credited toward a future event.

Code of Conduct:
We hold all vendors to the highest standards of professional conduct. Respect for fellow vendors, guests, and of Malibu Wines and Beer Gardens are paramount throughout the event. Please be mindful of your words and how you represent yourself. 

Photography and Recording:
Please be advised that individuals may capture photographs or recordings of vendors for use in various marketing and promotional materials. Your presence at the event signifies your consent to the use of your image for these purposes.

Vendor Early Breakdown:

Vendors and exhibitors are expected to arrive punctually, engage actively, and uphold the utmost professionalism and respect throughout the event. Early breakdowns are strongly discouraged, as they detract from the refined atmosphere we strive to maintain.

 

Foot Traffic and Sales Advisory

Bespoke Art Society takes pride in curating exceptional events that inspire connection and creativity. However, we do not guarantee specific levels of foot traffic, engagement, transactions, or sales, as these are influenced by external factors beyond our control, such as weather or market conditions.

While we strive to create a vibrant environment for networking and commerce, we cannot assure attendee volume or purchasing decisions. We encourage vendors to consider these variables when participating.

By joining our events, vendors acknowledge and accept this advisement regarding event dynamics.
